Impact Instrumentation, Inc. is a world class, US based designer and manufacturer of medical devices and equipment including transport and bedside critical care ventilators, aspirators, suctioning devices, specialty mounting systems and test equipment for the medical field. Impact® has been in business for over 30 years demonstrating consistent growth over that period. Impact has a global presence and is expanding its presence through new distribution partnerships.
Impact products include the Uni-Vent® portable/transport and bedside Critical Care ventilators, Ultra-Lite® aspirators and Sorensen® suctioning units. We also make a line of specialty mounting systems including CCLAWTM which allows for mounting various medical devices and Impact ventilators on litters for ease of transport.
Impact’s latest ventilator innovations are the EAGLE IITM, EMV+® and AEV® portable ventilators. The EAGLE IITM is ideal for sub-acute ICU’s, intra-hospital transport and Emergency Departments. The EMV+ is perfect for Ambulances, Air Medical Transport and disaster preparedness. They are both compact in size weighing less than 10 lbs. and offer volume and pressure targeted breaths with pressure support, NPPV (non-invasive positive pressure ventilation) with automatic leak compensation and CPAP and a built-in compressor and air/oxygen mixer. Both are designed for use on infant, pediatric and adult patients. The AEV is very similar to the Eagle II and EMV + with the exception of no SIMV mode.
