Proximal end has - Oblique locking with 6mm locking bolt from Greater to Lesser Trocanter. Optionally a second hole 4.5mm dynamic locking, and third 4.5mm round hole for static locking option. Two distal Lateral to Medial holes and one Anterior to Posterior hole ensure safe fixation.
