He served as the Chief Medical Officer at DXBone's Bone and Joint Excellence Center in Dubai, UAE, and Al Garhoud Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Landreau is the Scientific Director of the FIFA Medical Center of Excellence in Dubai. Currently, he is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, Knee, Shoulder and Sports Surgery, Orthocure & Mediclinic, Dubai, UAE. 

With over 25 years of experience as a French orthopedic surgeon, his career spans both public and private sectors, including La Pitié Salpétrière Hospital in Paris, the Sport Clinic, and the American Hospital of Paris. Specializing in orthopedic sports surgery, particularly in shoulder and knee procedures, Dr. Landreau has successfully performed over 15,000 surgeries across Europe and the Middle East. He is a Board of Directors member at ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopedic Sports Medicine) and the visionary founder of the Middle East and Africa Knee Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine Society. Dr. Landreau's contributions to orthopedic literature include over 100 journal articles, book chapters, and books. He has presented his expertise through more than 1000 lectures, conferences, workshops, and instructional courses worldwide. Dr. Landreau's commitment to advancing surgical education is evident through the establishment of the first surgical training center in the Middle East, offering cadaveric workshops, anatomical education, and research opportunities.
