Why have you introduced payments for visitors? Arab Health is known worldwide for its inspiring events, showcasing groundbreaking innovation and championing the healthcare community. By introducing a fee to attend, we can guarantee that everyone attends with purpose. In the end it is quality over quantity. |
Will I get the same number of visitors on my stand if the payment is introduced? We strive to get our exhibitors their target audience. Charging a fee for admission will guarantee the attendance of a more focused and committed audience therefore optimising the quality of connections and meetings that will be conducted during the event. |
Is there a discount for exhibitors if they want to invite their distributors or clients? Yes, as an exhibitor you can invite your clients and business partners free of cost throughout the duration of the show. Please visit your company's customer centre to find out more. |
Do I have to pay for exhibitor staff passes? No, exhibitor passes within your stand capacity will still be free. |
On the Customer Center, where can we register and manage our profile on the event planner? You can access your event planner profile through the Customer Centre. Once you have booked your stand, the primary contact mentioned in your signed contract will receive a welcome email from Customer Centre. If you have not received this, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. |
Are giveaways permitted or discouraged? We would discourage exhibitors from having giveaways on their stand to keep touchpoints at a minimum. However, certain exceptions could be made if the items are individually packed, sanitised and safe for everyone to use. |
From which countries do you expect to attract international visitors for the live event? For the Live event, we expect about 63% of the audience to be from other GCC and Middle East Countries as well as Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. |
When will the event planner be launched to set up meetings? The event planner will go live much closer to the event and set up your personal profiles for networking and work on your official company profile. A complete and detailed profile for the company will enable the matchmaking system to connect you with your relevant audience. |
