Charbel Makhoul is the healthcare IT and AI Solution Director for Russia, Turkey, Middle East and Africa regions, in addition to being a member in the Board of Directors for Canon Medical Informatics Europe. Charbel has been dedicated for his work in the field of Healthcare for more than 20 years, especially in the IT Healthcare in which he gained 16 years of experience. Charbel also has a share in the educational field in his career whereby he, acting as a professor for 4 years in the Lebanese University, ensured to well educate university students on the importance of technology in Imaging and the significance of embedding it in the medical field.
Moreover, Charbel played a major role in assisting hospitals and clinics to transfer from Analogue system into the digital environment. Due to his expertise and commitment, Charbel was entitled to be in charge of Canon Medical Healthcare IT business in the RTMEA Region to project his experience and improve the Artificial Intelligence perception into the Healthcare Sector.
