Geraldine McNulty, a Decontamination Consultant based in Dubai, UAE, commenced her career as a Clinical Sterilisation Service Department (CSSD) technician in the 1990s. Her dedication led to a Science Degree in Sterile Service Management and a Master’s Degree in Microbiology & Environmental Monitoring. Geraldine further honed her expertise in Decontamination Leadership at Eastwood Park in the UK, showcasing her commitment to Health and Safety and Infection Control.

Geraldine played a pivotal role in implementing the ISO 13485:2016 Medical Device Certification Quality Management Systems in CSSDs and Endoscopy Decontamination Units in Ireland and the UAE. In 2021, she founded her own consultancy in Dubai.

As a hands-on health consultant, Geraldine offers invaluable guidance throughout the healthcare process, from design to operational commissioning, performance qualification, and auditing. Her focus on implementing ISO 13485:2016 ensures a comprehensive approach to Healthcare Quality Management Systems from conception to execution.
