Can I bring my children to the exhibition?

The event is strictly for conference delegates and trade professionals only. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted inside the halls.

Can I enter and exit the exhibition more than once with my badge?

Yes, you can. Your visitor pass allows you to enter and leave as many times as you like while the exhibition is open.

Is there WiFi / internet?

WiFi at the venue is FREE. Exhibitors can get internet connection at their stand by pre-ordering through the customer centre.

Is the entry to the exhibition free?

You can attend Arab Health as a visitor for free.

Can I transfer my badge to someone?

Any type of Arab Health badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered visitor.

What are the conferences at Arab Health?

Where does Arab Health take place?

The 49th Arab Health will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 29 January - 1 February 2024.

What are the public transport options to and from the venue?

Local authorities have increased the frequency of trips to accommodate the expected volume. There are plenty of transport options available - metro, buses, Uber, Careem and Taxis available to and from the venue.

How to get to Arab Health?

Where can I park?

There are very few parking options around the venue, so wherever possible we would strongly recommend using public transportation to avoid long queues.

Car Parks 1A, 1B & 1C are located off 312th Road, close to the Convention Gate / Novotel entrance, as well as additional parking near the Za’abeel Hall entrance.

There are two Multi-Storey Car Parks which have a nominal parking fee per hour and are located behind Sheikh Rashid Hall Sheikh Maktoum Hall and also next to Sheikh Rashid Tower (close to Hall 1).

Please note: Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.
Any vehicle left overnight will incur a penalty fee and DWTC reserves the right to remove all vehicles remaining in the car park after the permitted 24-hour period. Vehicles are not allowed to park within the ‘no parking zones’ and DWTC reserves the right to remove any vehicles that are parked incorrectly or causing obstruction to other road users. Violators will be charged a daily fee plus administration fees. A parking token is issued on arrival and must be submitted for payment on departure. A lost parking token will be charged in addition to the respective hourly parking charges and is not refundable.

For the Live event, we expect about 63% of the audience to be from other GCC and Middle East Countries as well as Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe.

What is the total number of exhibitors and attendees you expect at the Live event?

We are expecting around 3,000 exhibitors and aiming about 51,090 attendee participation at the Live, in-person event.

When will Arab Health 2023 be held? And will it be a hybrid show again?

Arab Health 2023 will take place Live, in-person from 30 January - 2 February 2023 and Online from 9 January - 2 March 2023, the event will run in a hybrid format too, in order to support a wider audience.

Arab Health 2023 Online platform will open for attendees from 9 January 2023.
