What does the 'Early access' add-on feature include? Early access means that a visitor will be entitled to enter the venue an hour before the public gets in, giving you an extra hour at the event to network with the exhibitors and your peers. |

Can I access the interactive event planner without paying? Unfortunately, you will not be able to view the important details without your registration as the interactive event planner is accessible with a registered email address. |

Can I transfer my badge to someone? Any type of Arab Health badge is non-transferable and should be used by the registered visitor. |

Can I bring my children to the exhibition? The exhibition is strictly for healthcare trade professionals and conference delegates ONLY. Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted inside the halls. |
Is there free WiFi / internet in the venue? WiFi at the venue is FREE. Exhibitors can get internet connection at their stand by pre-ordering through the customer centre. |
Where does Arab Health take place? The 50th Arab Health will take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 27 - 30 Jan 2025. |
What are the public transport options to and from the venue? Local authorities have increased the frequency of trips to accommodate the expected volume. There are plenty of transport options available - metro, buses, Uber, Careem and Taxis available to and from the venue. |

Where can I park? There are very few parking options around the venue, so wherever possible we would strongly recommend using public transportation to avoid long queues. |
How do I get a visa to visit Arab Health? Arab Health provides you with a visa invitation letter that will help with your visa application. The visa link will be in your confrimation email once you have regsitered for your pass. |
