Dr. Sara Kazim is a renowned Emergency Medicine specialist with a profound passion for advancing healthcare in Dubai. Trained in Canada, their journey has been marked by continuous growth in clinical, managerial, and leadership skills. Leading the Emergency Department since 2018, they initiated transformative projects like "RIHLA," enhancing patient journeys and reducing waiting times significantly.

As a key figure in UAE Emergency Medicine, Sara chaired the approved "Dubai Emergency Care Strategy" and established "Standards for Urgent Care and Emergency Department Services" in December 2021. Overseeing the appointment of more than ten Emirati emergency physicians in leadership roles, they champion a patient-centered approach.

Distinguished for founding the first "Toxicology Consultation Service" in the UAE, Sara successfully reduced acute poisoning admissions by 25%. A holder of a master's in Healthcare Management from RCSI (2015) and currently pursuing an executive MBA, they embody the importance of leadership in healthcare.
