Join me in welcoming our next speaker, Dr. George Jallo. Dr. Jallo is a world-renowned neurosurgeon who has operated on patients from all over the world. He is the medical director of the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Institute for Brain Protection Sciences in St. Petersburg, Florida and chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery. Dr. Jallo is a professor of neurosurgery, pediatrics and oncology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. His areas of expertise include tumors of the brain and spinal cord, intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring for eloquent tumors, use of minimally invasive technologies such as endoscopy and keyhole surgery, and surgical treatment of epilepsy.
